We ship from our warehouse partner Dimensions in East Kilbride, Scotland, to addresses across the UK.
Where we ship
We currently ship to mainland UK, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands.
We don't ship internationally at the moment. If you're outside the UK and want to get hold of our products, drop us a line at hello@goatrodeogoods.com and we'll point you toward a stockist if there's one near you.

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your order value and delivery address. Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands may have a small surcharge — this will show up at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 working days of being placed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
We do close the warehouse occasionally — for example, around Christmas and during our annual maintenance shutdown — and we'll always flag this on the site before it happens.
Delivery time
Once your order leaves the warehouse, standard UK delivery takes 2–3 working days for mainland addresses. Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands can take a bit longer (usually 3–5 working days).
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Who delivers your order
We use Royal Mail or DPD for most UK deliveries. They're a tracked service, and you'll be able to follow your parcel from dispatch to doorstep.
If something goes wrong
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of being dispatched, email us at hello@goatrodeogoods.com with your order number and we'll chase it down.
If your order arrives damaged or anything's broken, our Returns & Replacements policy covers what to do — short version, send us a photo within 7 days and we'll sort it.
Delivery address
It's your job to give us the right delivery address. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or you weren't around to receive it, we may need to charge for re-delivery.
