Really love this spice mix, adds a kick to any sauce and particularly enjoy the hit of fennel at the end.

I originally discovered this seasoning through the Northern Pasta Company. Whilst it's great with pasta, I have it with virtually all my meals - most of which aren't pasta at all. It goes into my sauces, stews, roasts - if I'm cooking this seasoning is on the counter ready to be sprinkled liberally!!
