    This one’s for the true pickle purists. Our take on the classic American sour dill — bold, briny, and unapologetically dilly.  No sugar anywhere in sight. The sharpest, tangiest pickle this side of the Atlantic.  Get ready for some serious attitude in your sarnies.

    Now that’s a proper pickle.

    Great on: Sandwiches, bagels, burgers, on top of your pizza. These are our favourite to eat straight out of the jar.

    All of our pickles lean toward American-style pickles. They are less-sweet and more vinegar-forward than their supermarket counterparts. We like our pickles punchy!!

    Tasting Notes

    Big Dill Energy hits you first with a wave of fresh-cut dill and clean, sharp vinegar, backed by hints of garlic, cracked pepper and warm mustard seed. A classic American deli pickle vibe. It’s herbaceous, tangy and unapologetically briney, with a savoury garlic note and a peppery lift that keeps you reaching back into the jar.
