It's brimming with wild garlic harvested by our own fair hands up here in the bonnie wild west of Scotland. We dry it and blend it with beautiful Cornish Sea Salt to enhance that garlicky goodness. Seasonality at it's best and good for all kinds of dishes, including eggs, fish, chicken, veggies. Can even use it on yer' spuds.
Only 46 tins of this limited edition green garlicky garnish are out there in the wild (and are available exclusively on our website)... so run, don't walk - or frolic(!) THIS IS NOT A DRILL.
