    There are endless pasta-bilities with this powerhouse of a seasoning.
    Brazen enough to use as a standalone seasoning and bold enough to power up all kinds of pasta.


    That’s right. just. Add. pasta.
    [Use 1 tsp of seasoning per 90g dried pasta per person].

    For the fastest Pasta in the west:

    • Boil water, add salt, add pasta.
    • Cook till al dente. Drain, but keep some pasta water!
    • Back in the pan: add pasta, seasoning, a splash of pasta water, and a glug of olive oil.
    • Stir it all up. Scran the lot.
