Ingredients
- 1 large baguette or ciabatta loaf
- 100g salted butter, softened
- 2-3 tbsp Better Than Sex Roast Potato Seasoning
- 100g mozzarella or mature cheddar, grated (optional)
Method
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan) or fire up the grill to medium-high.
- Slice your bread in half lengthways. If using a baguette, you can also cut it into sections first for easier handling.
- Mix the softened butter with the Better Than Sex Roast Potato Seasoning until evenly combined. Don't be shy—you want those herbs and spices running through every bite.
- Spread the seasoned butter generously over the cut sides of the bread. Get it right to the edges.
- If you're going cheesy, scatter the grated cheese over the top now.
- Place on a baking tray and bake for 8-10 minutes until the edges are golden and crispy, and the butter is bubbling. If using cheese, wait until it's melted and starting to turn golden.
- Slice, serve immediately, and try not to eat it all yourself.
