There’s garlic bread… and then there’s this garlic bread. The sort where the butter drips unapologetically down your hands. Where you need a steady supply of kitchen roll. Where “just one slice” becomes half a loaf standing at the counter. We’ve taken things up a notch with a heavy-handed shake of our Better Than Sex Roast Potato Seasoning, a generous dollop of pesto, and enough salted butter to make it worth your while.
Serve with pasta, alongside soup, or just eat it straight from the foil like the hero you are.

Ingredients
-200g pesto
-3 grated cloves of garlic
-2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
-4 tbsp Better Than Sex Roast Potato Seasoning
-50g grated parmesan
-sourdough or white bloomer loaf
Directions
Preheat the oven to 180C/160 C fan.
In a bowl, mix a jar of pesto (roughly 200g) with 3 grated cloves garlic, 2 tbsp EVO, 4 tbsp better than sex seasoning and 50g grated parmesan.
Slice a loaf of bread into 2 cm slices, cutting down almost to the bottom of the loaf, but leaving in tact. Place on baking tray.
Spread the pesto mix down inside each slice, making sure to fully cover all the surface area, and repeat for the whole loaf.
Cover the loaf with tin foil and transfer to the oven for twenty minutes at first, then peel the tin foil back and return to the oven for 5-10 minutes, until the crust is nicely browned.
