Bad Boy Bread and Butter Pickles

We call our Bad Boy Bread and Butter Pickles our “gateway pickles”, a great pickle for those just dipping their toe in the world of pickles, a brilliant starter jar. These are an American staple, named during the great Depression when meat and cheese for sandwiches were scarce. These tangy pickled cucumbers were a cheap alternative to put between bread and butter.

Pickled in a slightly sweet brine (although would still not class this as a ‘sweet’ pickle), turmeric, garlic, onions and mustard. Cut in thick rounds for extra crunch and have a good bit of bite to them. Not dissimilar to a cucumber version of piccalilli.

Great on: Burgers, Ham + Cheese Sandwiches, straight out of the jar. These pair really, really well with cheese.

Rodeo Disco Pickles

Our Rodeo Disco Pickles were named because of the colourful mix of spices we use to flavour them, it’s a party in a jar! Sliced in thinner rounds, these are a bit more delicate, almost floral, in taste.

Seasoned with pink peppercorns, coriander seeds, mustard, dill and nigella seeds, Rodeo Disco pickles have a wonderful balance making them both punchy and tangy without being overpowering. There’s a hint of sugar in the brine to balance out the acidity in the vinegar, but they are very much not a sweet pickle. 

Great on: Sandwiches, bagels, burgers, on top of your pizza. Straight out of the jar.

Big Dill Energy Pickles

Bold and tangy, American style, classic sour cucumber pickles made for both brine beginners and seasoned gherkin slurpers. The type of snack that’ll make the sides of your mouth twinge with joy as you make a pleasant pucker with your face. Stick ‘em in a sando, as part of a relish or sex up your salad. Made on-site at our farm in Scotland from fresh cucumbers.

Salty B*tch Kimchi Salt

All the complex flavours of kimchi, now in a salt, what a world we live in, eh? Sour, funky, salty and full of depth, with a warm hum in the background that complements it all rather than blowing your head off. Got to love a Salty B*tch. 

We mix cabbage, onions, carrots, ginger, garlic and gochugaru in huge batches, ferment it, dehydrate it down and mix it with beautiful Cornish Sea Salt. Put it on everything you normally sprinkle salt onto and change your life for the better. Go on, do it. We’re waiting. 

The Pickle Tickle Pickle Salt

Sometimes our pickles just don't make the grade. Maybe we've run out of jars or a lid didn't seal. Rather than throw them away, we dry them and mix them with Cornish Sea Salt Flakes for our delicious, tangy pickle salt - The Pickle Tickle. Perfectly balanced between tart and salty, it brings that classic dill pickle flavour to just about anything.

Sprinkle on popcorn, rim a bloody mary glass, mix with mayo for a burger sauce or top some chips. 

Spicy Disco Mix

Our real flavour hero; Spicy Disco Mix wins the award for the prettiest spice mix and also the most versatile. It can seriously be used on anything.

A blend of pink peppercorn, parsley and juniper with orange undertones and a kick of aleppo pepper. Curious enough to keep you coming back for more.

Use this as a dry rub on fish, chicken or steak. We love to marinate vegetables in it, add it to sauces, soups and even spice up your sourdough. We say make every day a disco day!
