Subscription Cancellation Policy

Some of our products are available as a subscription, so you can get your favourites delivered on a regular schedule without having to remember to reorder. This policy covers how subscriptions work and how to change or cancel one.
How subscriptions work
When you sign up for a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you choose at checkout (for example, every month, every two months, or every three months).
Your payment details are stored securely with our payment processor, and you'll be charged automatically before each delivery. You'll get an email reminder before each charge so there are no surprises.
Managing your subscription
You're in control of your subscription. From your account or any of your order confirmation emails, you can:
- Skip a delivery
- Change the frequency
- Swap the products in your subscription
- Update your delivery address or payment details
- Pause your subscription
- Cancel any time
There's no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee. If something's not working for you, change it or cancel it — no questions, no hoops.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from your account. As long as you cancel before your next renewal date, you won't be charged again.
If you cancel after a payment has been taken but before the order has been dispatched, email us at hello@goatrodeogoods.com and we'll do our best to stop the order and refund you. Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we can't recall it — but our Returns & Replacements policy covers what happens if anything arrives damaged or wrong.
Changes to subscription pricing
If we change the price of a subscription product, we'll let you know by email at least 14 days before the change applies to your subscription. You can cancel or change your subscription before the new price kicks in.
