Our triple pickle is perfect for the pickle lovers because you get not one, not two, but three bangin' pickles.
Our Pickles:
All of our pickles lean toward American-style pickles. They are less-sweet and more vinegar-forward than their supermarket counterparts. We like our pickles punchy!!
Bad Boy Bread and Butter Pickles:
We call these our “gateway pickles”, a great pickle for those just dipping their toe in the world of pickles, a brilliant starter jar. These are an American staple, named during the great Depression when meat and cheese for sandwiches were scarce. These tangy pickled cucumbers were a cheap alternative to put between bread and butter.
Tasting notes: Pickled in a slightly sweet brine (although would still not class this as a ‘sweet’ pickle), turmeric, garlic, onions and mustard. Cut in thick rounds for extra crunch and have a good bit of bite to them. Not dissimilar to a cucumber version of piccalilli.
Great on: Burgers, Ham + Cheese Sandwiches, straight out of the jar. These pair really, really well with cheese.
Rodeo Disco Pickles:
Our Rodeo Disco pickles were named because of the colourful mix of spices we use to flavour them, it’s a party in a jar! Sliced in thinner rounds, these are a bit more delicate, almost floral, in taste.
Tasting notes: Seasoned with pink peppercorns, coriander seeds, mustard, dill and nigella seeds, Rodeo Disco pickles have a wonderful balance making them both punchy and tangy without being overpowering. There’s a hint of sugar in the brine to balance out the acidity in the vinegar, but they are very much not a sweet pickle.
Great on: Sandwiches, bagels, burgers, on top of your pizza. Straight out of the jar.
Hell or High Water Pickles:
These hot dog pickles stand tall and proud and pack one heck of a punch. Sliced in spears they sit brilliantly with sausages for next level hotdogs,and can also be used for some bloody good bloody marys!
Tasting notes: Chilli, dill and garlic make these our punchiest pickles. They are spicy and don’t have any sugar in the brine so are our most “American” pickles.
Great on: Hotdogs. In Bloody Marys. Battered and fried into “Frickles”

Goat Rodeo Goods is a flavour-led powerhouse of kitchen provisions - offering a range of fresh pickles, condiments and seasonings.
Founded by Kat and Lucy, the brand officially launched in Aug 2024, originally as a side hustle to their farm to table event space; Fodder + Farm.
Frustrated by boring supermarket options, Goat Rodeo Goods was born to make it easy for people to cook, snack, host and gift with serious flavour but zero faff.
On exploring the market, we found that all shelf-stable commercial pickles in the UK are cooked and brined overseas, packed with preservatives,imported in barrels and re-processed. That's not what we stand for. Our pickles use fresh cucumbers and are packed with distinctive flavour — made in Scotland, by us.
The brand is community-focused: we're building a food-loving rodeo that people feel part of, not just a label they buy once.
