Ingredients
60g gin
30g lemon juice
30g Hell or Highwater Pickle juice
Ice
Prosecco to top up
Lemon
Hell or Highwater Pickles
Dill to garnish
Directions
Muddle the gin, lemon and pickle juice together in a tall glass with plenty of ice.
Strain into two coupes, then top up with chilled prosecco.
Garnish with a skewer of pickle, lemon slices and dill.
You can also add some chilli if you are feeling brave!
Enjoy immediately.
