Flora Shedden's Hell or Highwater Fizz

Salty, sharp, and just the right side of strange -- this Pickle Brine Fizz is proof that a good brine should never go to waste.

Muddle the gin, lemon and pickle juice together in a tall glass with plenty of ice. 

Strain into two coupes, then top up with chilled prosecco. 

Garnish with a skewer of pickle, lemon slices and dill. 

You can also add some chilli if you are feeling brave!

Enjoy immediately.
