Ingredients
- 1 jar of Hell or High Water Pickles
50ml vodka
100ml tomato juice
25ml Hell or High Water pickle brine
Juice of ½ lime
3 dashes hot sauce (or more if you like it wild)
1 dash worcestershire sauce
Ice
Salty B*tch Kimchi Salt , for rimming the glass
Pickles for garnish
This fiery Bloody Mary recipe uses Hell or High Water pickle brine and Salty B*tch Kimchi Salt for a bold, briny twist on the classic brunch cocktail.
Directions
Rim your glass : Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a tall glass and dip it into Salty B*tch Kimchi Salt to coat.
Shake it up : In a cocktail shaker (or jar with a lid), add vodka, tomato juice, pickle brine, lime juice, and hot sauce. Add ice and shake well.
Pour and serve : Fill your rimmed glass with fresh ice and strain the Bloody Mary mix over the top.
