Ingredients
2 Chicken breasts
Goat Rodeo Goods Hell or High Water Pickles
RaiRai
Celery
Blue cheese
Buffalo sauce
Spices/ herbs- Sea Salt, Goat Rodeo Goods Pickle Tickle Salt, Black pepper, Paprika, Brown sugar, Oregano
Hot sauce
Apple cider vinegar
Directions
Start by making your chicken crumb. Add 2 teaspoons each of Goat Rodeo Goods Pickle Tickle Salt, Black pepper, Paprika, Brown sugar, Oregano and add 1 teaspoon of sea salt. Mix together and press into the top of your chicken breasts. Put in the oven on 220 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Whilst your chicken cooks, prep your other elements. First, crumble your blue cheese and set aside for later.
Make your celery ribbons by using a vegetable peeler. Add a dash of hot sauce and apple cider vinegar before tossing together.
Once your chicken is cooked, take out the oven and start shredding with two forks. Add your buffalo sauce and keep shredding together until well mixed.
Take your Goat Rodeo Goods Hell or High Water Pickle batons and cut into big chunks.
Toast 2 slices of RaiRai.
Stack your sandwich. Start with your RaiRai, and add your pickle chunks first. Then stack your shredded chicken on top, finishing off with your blue cheese crumble and celery ribbons. Add your final piece or Rai and voila!
